Hard to believe but it’s been two years since SAKAYA opened its doors for the first time on December 8, 2007.\u00c2\u00a0 Since then we’ve been extremely fortunate to have welcomed countless visitors,\u00c2\u00a0befriended a number of them, and enjoyed sharing our experience and always expanding\u00c2\u00a0knowledge about\u00c2\u00a0premium sake with all.\u00c2\u00a0 Although opening SAKAYA was our dream, we had no idea\u00c2\u00a0that so\u00c2\u00a0many of you would embrace\u00c2\u00a0the idea\u00c2\u00a0with the\u00c2\u00a0excitement and enthusiasm that we’ve seen in\u00c2\u00a0our brief existence!<\/span><\/div>\n
